SANDSTORM 2005 – LAST CHANCE
Sandstorm 2005 is to be the UK's biggest ever beach sports and music
festival and will take place on The Isle of Wight on the weekend of 23
and 24 July 2005. The entire event is in support of Breast Cancer Care.
Sandstorm 2005 will feature Celebrity Beach Soccer and Volleyball tournaments,
live music throughout the day, the Olympic Cheerleaders and all taking
place in a in a purpose built 5,000 seater stadium on the beach. All events
will take place in a specially constructed village along the beautiful
Appley beach at Ryde.
A number of celebrities and artists have agreed to participate already,
with more coming on board each week.

THE GRUFFALO – OPENS 19 JULY
Fresh from a sell-out UK tour, Tall Stories Theatre Company’s production
of The Gruffalo will open at the Criterion Theatre on 19 July for a limited
five-week run. The show is adapted from Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s
multiple award-winning, best-selling book. The Gruffalo is described as
“a modern classic” by The Observer. A delectable tale about
the adventures of a clever mouse in a forest full of predators, The Gruffalo
is packed with songs, laughs and scary fun for children aged three and
